Numbers, Symbols, Language And Infinite Power theme:mysticism |
I’ve been thinking alot about the differences between
numbers, symbols, writing, and language. I’ve heard alot of people compare
language to math as external entities that exist outside humanity and are merely
accessed by humans using mental faculties that we’ve develloped over millenia.
I’ve come to the conclusion that that is somewhat bullshit. But today,
my mind has finally grasped the reasoning why this is so.
To begin with, language is a PRODUCT OF the human species, whereas symbols and
numbers exist outside of us as a species. They are universal constants that
are not tied to man, and even more profoundly, to even LIFE. As such, they are
unattached systems that were discovered by the human mind as it took the evolutionary
jump into the abstract-thinking, order-making, problem-solving machine it is
today.
This new machine was able to DEVELLOPE language as a tool for furthering the
evolutionary progression of the species as it is a social animal. But in the
end, language is limited by the fact that it is still merely a construct of
the human mind as it has evolved to this point. It is nothing more than a representation
of what our brains have yet evolved to... whereas math and symbols have no similar
boundaries. They are representations of the infinite universe transcending both
time and life and is limited merely by the boundaries imposed upon them by lower
human knowledge and awareness.
With this thought, I encourage you to contemplate the power of ancient sects
and mystery religions. The symbols of the ancient druids, priests, shamans...
the Levites and Mystics... The egyptian and Babylonian Hierogliphs and Sumarian
Sanskrit. Think about the infamous oracles of Delphi and Apollo spoken about
in ancient greek texts. Then consider this fact: The world that you live in
is the product of 2 major factors that diminished humanity’s openness
of these powers:
1) the 3 big monotheistic religions that have dominated culture for generations,
which categorize this knowlege as occult, paganistic. This domination would
have driven them underground for nearly 2 millenia.
2) the enlightened science that arose from those foundations and has pervaded
society and sculpted man’s view of nature for the past 3 hundred years.
This science, as useful as it’s been, only openly accepts that which can
be explained empirically, and is based on the physical movement of bodies.
When you begin to realize that, at the atomic level, we are naught but vibrating
energy, and matter, as we know it (and have been basing our scientific knowledge
on for centuries) is an illusion, a clearer picture of the power that pervades
us all can begin to unfold. What is consciousness, but a product of that vibrating
energy. This power has been known by sects and cultures in the past, and there
is no reason why certain individuals and hidden groups don’t currently
continue to hold the keys to this knowledge.
Think about the Kaballah, and it’s ancient mystic roots. Think about its
basic message... Man is an embodiment of infinite energy when guided by consciousness.
This is heavy shit... we don’t know jack, and won’t as long as we’re
bounded by our culturally imposed knowledge and worldviews.
